Sterling Developments was incorporated in 1999 and started life predominantly refurbishing properties in south east London and Kent. The company is now more concentrated towards building new homes for sale but occasionally a refurbishment opportunity comes along and takes us right back to the origins of where the company began.
The strategic goal of the company is to build and create beautiful homes which have style and distinction yet are efficient and friendly to their environment. Our ethos really is Developing property for the future and we believe this is the phrase which best describes our aims as a company.
